Spectrum Brands (SPB) Declares $0.33 Quarterly Dividend; 1.5% Yield

Spectrum Brands (NYSE: SPB) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.33 per share, or $1.32 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 16, 2015, to stockholders of record on May 19, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of May 15, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.5 percent.
