EPR Properties (EPR) Tops Q1 FFO by 7c, Updates FY FFO Guidance

EPR Properties (NYSE: EPR) reported Q1 EPS of $1.03, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.96. Revenue for the quarter came in at $99.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $77.43 million.

EPR Properties sees FY2015 FFO of $4.34-$4.44, versus prior guidance of $4.32-$4.42 and the consensus of $4.32.
