Nanometrics (NASDAQ: NANO) reported Q1 EPS of $0.11, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.06. Revenue for the quarter came in at $50.38 million versus the consensus estimate of $48.93 million.

Nanometrics sees Q2 2015 EPS of ($0.02)-$0.09, versus the consensus of $0.12. Nanometrics sees Q2 2015 revenue of $45-50 million, versus the consensus of $51.0 million.
