H.C. Wainwright Downgrades Celladon Corp (CLDN) to Neutral

H.C. Wainwright downgraded Celladon Corp (NASDAQ: CLDN) from Buy to Neutral and removed its price target. This weekend Celladon announced that its Phase 2b CUPID 2 trial did not meet its primary and secondary endpoints.

"MYDICAR was deemed to be safe, but given that this weekend's result was a significant miss, we are downgrading the stock to Neutral from Buy," said analyst Ching-Yi Lin.
