SoTHERLY Hotels (SOHO) Raises Quarterly Dividend 7.1% to $0.075; 3.6% Yield

SoTHERLY Hotels (NASDAQ: SOHO) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.075 per share, or $0.3 annualized. This is a 7.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.07.

The dividend will be payable on July 10, 2015, to stockholders of record on June 15, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of June 11, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.6 percent.
