Landmark Infrastructure Partners (NASDAQ: LMRK) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.2975 per share, or $1.19 annualized. This is a 3.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.2875.

The dividend will be payable on May 14, 2015, to stockholders of record on May 5, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of May 1, 2015.
