Rose Rock Midstream (NYSE: RRMS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.635 per share, or $2.54 annualized. This is a 2.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.62.

The dividend will be payable on May 15, 2015, to stockholders of record on May 5, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of May 1, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.9 percent.
