O'Reilly Automotive (ORLY) Posts Q1 EPS of $2.06; Issues Light Q2, FY15 EPS Outlook

O'Reilly Automotive (NASDAQ: ORLY) reported Q1 EPS of $2.06, versus the analyst estimate of $1.93. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.9 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.85 billion.

Comparable store sales are calculated based on the change in sales for stores open at least one year and exclude sales of specialty machinery, sales to independent parts stores and sales to Team Members. Comparable store sales increased 7.2% for the first quarter ended March 31, 2015, versus 6.3% for the same period one year ago.

O'Reilly Automotive sees Q2 2015 EPS of $2.17 - $2.21, while the Street sees $2.25.

O'Reilly Automotive sees FY2015 EPS of $8.42 - $8.52, versus the consensus of $8.56.
