BlueKnight Energy Partners (NASDAQ: BKEP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.1395 per share, or $0.558 annualized. This is a 2.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.1365.

The dividend will be payable on May 15, 2015, to stockholders of record on May 5, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of May 1, 2015.
