United Financial Bancorp (UBNK) Raises Quarterly Dividend 20% to $0.12; 3.7% Yield

United Financial Bancorp (NASDAQ: UBNK) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share, or $0.48 annualized. This is a 20% increase from the prior dividend of $0.10.

The dividend will be payable on May 13, 2015, to stockholders of record on May 1, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of April 29, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.7 percent.
