Antero Midstream Partners (NYSE: AM) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share, or $0.72 annualized. This is a 5.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.17.

The dividend will be payable on May 27, 2015, to stockholders of record on May 13, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of May 11, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.9 percent.
