Northland Capital Markets analyst Joshua Reilly reiterated an Outperform rating and raised his price target on Skullcandy (NASDAQ: SKUL) to $15.00 (from $12.00) on increasing confidence in product and distribution strategy for 2015.
Catalysts for 2015 include 1) continued penetration of core products including Crusher, Hesh 2 Wireless and Astro Gaming Headsets; 2) Wal-Mart store expansion including POS investment leading to 80% domestic store penetration by June; and 3) new products including Grind and others yet to be announced.
