Select Income REIT (SIR) Raises Quarterly Dividend 2% to $0.50; 8.2% Yield

Select Income REIT (NYSE: SIR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.50 per share, or $2 annualized. This is a 2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.49.

The dividend will be payable on May 21, 2015, to stockholders of record on April 24, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of April 22, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 8.2 percent.
