Seaspan (SSW) Declares $0.375 Quarterly Dividend; 8% Yield

Seaspan (NYSE: SSW) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.375 per share, or $1.5 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on April 30, 2015, to stockholders of record on April 20, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of April 16, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 8 percent.
