Ford Motor (NYSE: F) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, or $0.6 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 1, 2015, to stockholders of record on May 1, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of April 29, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.8 percent.
