Saratoga Investment (SAR) Raises Quarterly Dividend 22.7% to $0.27; 6.8% Yield

Saratoga Investment (NYSE: SAR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.27 per share, or $1.08 annualized. This is a 22.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.22.

The dividend will be payable on May 29, 2015, to stockholders of record on May 4, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of April 30, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.8 percent.
