Walgreen Boots Alliance (NASDAQ: WBA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.3375 per share, or $1.35 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 12, 2015, to stockholders of record on May 21, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of May 19, 2015.
