Tanger Factory Outlet Centers (NYSE: SKT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.285 per share, or $1.14 annualized. This is an 18.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.24.

The dividend will be payable on May 15, 2015, to stockholders of record on April 30, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of April 28, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.2 percent.
