American Realty Capital Properties (ARCP) Misses Q4 AFFO by 2c

American Realty Capital Properties (Nasdaq: ARCP) reported Q4 AFFO of $0.22 per share, $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.24. Revenue for the quarter came in at $418.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $391 million.
