Vermilion Energy (NYSE: VET) declared a quarterly dividend of C$0.215 per share, or C$0.86 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on April 15, 2015, to stockholders of record on March 31, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of March 27, 2015.
