Capstead Mortgage (NYSE: CMO) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.31 per share, or $1.24 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on April 20, 2015, to stockholders of record on March 31, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of March 27, 2015.
