Steel Dynamics (STLD) Raises Quarterly Dividend 19.6% to $0.1375; 3.1% Yield

Steel Dynamics (NASDAQ: STLD) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.1375 per share, or $0.55 annualized. This is a 19.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.115.

The dividend will be payable on April 10, 2015, to stockholders of record on March 31, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of March 27, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.1 percent.
