Taubman Centers (TCO) Raises Quarterly Dividend 4.6% to $0.565; 3% Yield

Taubman Centers (NYSE: TCO) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.565 per share, or $2.26 annualized. This is a 4.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.54.

The dividend will be payable on March 31, 2015, to stockholders of record on March 20, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of March 18, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3 percent.
