Big Lots (BIG) Tops Q4 EPS by 1c; Guides FY15 EPS Below Consensus

Big Lots (NYSE: BIG) reported Q4 EPS of $1.76, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $1.75. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.59 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.59 billion.

Comparable store sales increased 2.9% for the quarter compared to our guidance of a low single digit increase.

Big Lots sees FY2015 EPS of $2.75-$2.90, versus the consensus of $2.94.
