WuXi PharmaTech (WX) Tops Q4 EPS by 2c, FY Guidance Falls Short

WuXi PharmaTech (NYSE: WX) reported Q4 EPS of $0.55, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.53. Revenue for the quarter came in at $190.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $189.54 million.

WuXi PharmaTech sees FY2015 EPS of $1.73-$1.75, versus the consensus of $2.10. WuXi PharmaTech sees FY2015 revenue of $790-800 million, versus the consensus of $779.57 million.

WuXi PharmaTech provides the following first-quarter 2015 financial guidance:

• Total net revenues of $173-$175 million
• GAAP diluted earnings per ADS of $0.20-$0.22
• Non-GAAP diluted earnings per ADS of $0.30-$0.32
