PRGX Global (PRGX) Posts Q4 Loss of 8c/Share

PRGX Global (NASDAQ: PRGX) reported Q4 EPS of ($0.08), $0.14 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.06. Revenue for the quarter came in at $41 million versus the consensus estimate of $42.2 million.

Fourth quarter 2014 Adjusted Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization (Adjusted EBITDA) was $6.4 million, or 15.4% of revenue, compared to the fourth quarter 2013 Adjusted EBITDA of $6.9 million, or 14.9% of revenue. This represents a 3% year-over-year improvement in quarterly Adjusted EBITDA as a percentage of revenue. Compared to the third quarter 2014 Adjusted EBITDA of $5.6 million, or 13.1% of revenue, the fourth quarter 2014 Adjusted EBITDA as a percentage of revenue increased 17.4%
