National Oilwell Varco (NYSE: NOV) declared a quarterly dividend of $03-27-2015 per share, or $12 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on March 27, 2015, to stockholders of record on March 13, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of March 11, 2015.
