Northstar Realty Finance (NRF) Declares $0.40 Quarterly Dividend; 8.5% Yield

Northstar Realty Finance (NYSE: NRF) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.40 per share, or $1.6 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on March 13, 2015, to stockholders of record on March 9, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of March 5, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 8.5 percent.
