Apollo Commercial Real Estate Finance (ARI) Raises Quarterly Dividend 10% to $0.44; 10.6% Yield

Apollo Commercial Real Estate Finance (NYSE: ARI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.44 per share, or $1.76 annualized. This is a 10% increase from the prior dividend of $0.40.

The dividend will be payable on April 15, 2015, to stockholders of record on March 31, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of March 27, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 10.6 percent.
