Eaton Vance (EV) Tops Q1 EPS by 2c

Eaton Vance (NYSE: EV) reported Q1 EPS of $0.61, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.59. Revenue for the quarter came in at $354.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $369.02 million.

Consolidated assets under management were $295.7 billion on January 31, 2015, an increase of 6 percent from the $278.6 billion of managed assets on January 31, 2014 and a decrease of 1 percent from the $297.7 billion of managed assets on October 31, 2014.
