Humana (HUM) PT, Estimates Raised at Argus

Argus reiterated a Buy rating and raised its price target on Humana (NYSE: HUM) to $180.00 (from $155.00).

The firm sees solid growth drivers this year supported by growth in Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and healthcare services. The firm expects margins to rise as membership and revenue should increase faster than operating expenses.

The firm raised 2015 EPS to $9.05 from $8.95 and establishing a new estimate of $10.05 for 2016.
