QTS Realty Trust (NYSE: QTS) reported Q4 FFO of $0.55, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.54. Revenue for the quarter came in at $59.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $59.64 million.

QTS Realty Trust sees FY2015 FFO of $2.00 $2.24, versus the consensus of $2.32.
