Sempra Energy (SRE) Raises Quarterly Dividend 6.1% to $0.70; 2.6% Yield

Sempra Energy (NYSE: SRE) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.70 per share, or $2.8 annualized. This is a 6.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.66.

The dividend will be payable on April 15, 2015, to stockholders of record on March 27, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of March 25, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.6 percent.
