Health Care REIT (NYSE: HCN) reported Q4 EPS of $1.03, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $1.02. Revenue for the quarter came in at $867.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $855.44 million.

Health Care REIT sees FY2015 EPS of $4.25-$4.35, versus the consensus of $4.33.
