AbbVie (NYSE: ABBV) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.51 per share, or $2.04 annualized. This is a 4.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.49.

The dividend will be payable on May 15, 2015, to stockholders of record on April 15, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of April 13, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.5 percent.
