Ownes & Minor (OMI) Raises Quarterly Dividend 1% to $0.2525; 2.8% Yield

Ownes & Minor (NYSE: OMI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.2525 per share, or $1.01 annualized. This is a 1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.25.

The dividend will be payable on March 31, 2015, to stockholders of record on March 16, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of March 12, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.8 percent.
