Healthcare Trust of America (NYSE: HTA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.29 per share, or $1.16 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on April 2, 2015, to stockholders of record on March 27, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of March 25, 2015.
The annual yield on the dividend is 4.1 percent.
