NRG Yield (NYLD) Raises Quarterly Dividend 4% to $0.39; 3% Yield

NRG Yield (NYSE: NYLD) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.39 per share, or $1.56 annualized. This is a 4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.375.

The dividend will be payable on March 16, 2015, to stockholders of record on March 2, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of February 26, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3 percent.

The hike represents the fifth consecutive quarter of dividend growth since its IPO.
