American Campus Communities (ACC) Tops Q4 FFO by 2c/Share; Issues Light FY15 FFO Outlook

American Campus Communities (NYSE: ACC) reported Q4 FFO of $0.70, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.68. Revenue for the quarter came in at $196.82 million versus the consensus estimate of $180.69 million.

American Campus Communities sees FY2015 FFO of $2.30-$2.42, versus the consensus of $2.49.
