Autoliv (NYSE: ALV) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.56 per share, or $2.24 annualized. This is a 3.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.54.

The dividend will be payable on June 4, 2015, to stockholders of record on May 20, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of May 18, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2 percent.
