Group 1 Automotive (NYSE: GPI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share, or $0.8 annualized. This is a 5.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.19.

The dividend will be payable on March 16, 2015, to stockholders of record on March 2, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of February 26, 2015.
