Ventas (VTR) Tops Q4 FFO by 3c

Ventas (NYSE: VTR) reported Q4 Normalized FFO of $1.15, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $1.12. Revenue for the quarter came in at $803.99 million versus the consensus estimate of $792.8 million.

Ventas sees FY2015 Normalized FFO of $4.63-$4.71, versus the consensus of $4.68.
