ITT Corp. (NYSE: ITT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.1183 per share, or $0.4732 annualized. This is a 7.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.11.

The dividend will be payable on April 1, 2015, to stockholders of record on March 13, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of March 11, 2015.
