WABCO Holdings (NYSE: WBC) reported Q4 EPS of $1.38, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $1.36. Revenue for the quarter came in at $679.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $705.75 million.

WABCO Holdings sees FY2015 EPS of $5.80 - $6.30 (midpoint at $6.05), versus the consensus of $6.22.
