State Bank Financial (STBZ) Raises Quarterly Dividend 25% to $0.05; 1.1% Yield

State Bank Financial (NASDAQ: STBZ) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share, or $0.2 annualized. This is a 25% increase from the prior dividend of $0.04.

The dividend will be payable on March 17, 2015, to stockholders of record on March 9, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of March 5, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.1 percent.
