OM Group (OMG) Raises Quarterly Dividend 10% to $0.0825; 1.1% Yield

OM Group (NYSE: OMG) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.0825 per share, or $0.33 annualized. This is a 10% increase from the prior dividend of $0.075.

The dividend will be payable on March 6, 2015, to stockholders of record on February 23, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of February 19, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.1 percent.
