Willis Group (WSH) Raises Quarterly Dividend 3.3% to $0.31; 2.8% Yield

Willis Group (NYSE: WSH) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.31 per share, or $1.24 annualized. This is a 3.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.30.

The dividend will be payable on April 15, 2015, to stockholders of record on March 31, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of March 27, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.8 percent.
