RPX Corp. (RPXC) Tops Q4 EPS by 1c; Approves $75M Buyback Plan

RPX Corp. (NASDAQ: RPXC) reported Q4 EPS of $0.24, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.23. Revenue for the quarter came in at $67.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $68.09 million.

Separately RPX announced that its Board of Directors has authorized a share repurchase program under which the Company is authorized to repurchase up to $75 million of its outstanding common stock.
