Starwood Hotels (HOT) Raises Quarterly Dividend 7.1% to $0.375; 2.1% Yield

Starwood Hotels (NYSE: HOT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.375 per share, or $1.5 annualized. This is a 7.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.35.

The dividend will be payable on March 26, 2015, to stockholders of record on March 5, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of March 3, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.1 percent.
