Diamond Offshore Drilling (DO) Declares $0.125 Quarterly Dividend; Suspends Special Dividend

Diamond Offshore Drilling (NYSE: DO) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.125 per share, or $0.5 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on March 2, 2015, to stockholders of record on February 20, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of February 18, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.5 percent.

After careful consideration, its Board has chosen not to declare a special dividend. Its previous special dividend was $0.75.
